| M400 Helium Compressor – Will take the place of the M600 for many current cryopumps applications. Designed on the same platform as the M600, the M400 was designed to supply helium for a single 10 inch cryopump or two 8 inch cryopumps. The M400 is a direct competitor to the 9600 offering similar gas flows. This addition to the product line allows us do better position the M600 which is most suited to larger multiple cryopumps applications which has similar specifications to the CTI 9700. Our newest addition the M400 bridges the gap between small and large compressors based on the customer focused design of the M600 with lower power consumption and the proven reliability of the Hitachi Helium Scroll Pump.
